Are your products really handmade?+
Yes! Every item is designed, cut, and sewn by hand in small batches. No two pieces are exactly alike — that's part of the charm.
How long does an order take to ship?+
Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Because everything is made by hand, some pieces are made to order and may take a little longer — we'll always keep you posted.
Can I request a custom color or pattern?+
We love custom requests! Reach out through our Contact page with what you have in mind and we'll do our best to make it happen.
How do I care for my item?+
Most pieces are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle and should be laid flat or hung to dry. Boo-boo bags and rice-filled items should be spot-cleaned only.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes — you can add a simple, tasteful gift wrap at checkout (coming soon), or leave a note and we'll include a handwritten card.
What is your return policy?+
